The pumping speed of our OktaLine Roots Pumps (Vacuum Boosters, Vacuum Blowers) ranges from 250 to 25,000 m³/h. They can be optimally employed for a wide variety of low and medium vacuum applications.
The gear and bearing chambers in our Roots Pumps (Vacuum Boosters, Vacuum Blowers) are completely separate from the gas pumping chamber. Because the rotors operate without making contact, dry operation is assured.
A further advantage: thanks to air cooling, operating costs are significantly lower than with water cooling. The design principle of our proven Roots Pumps (Vacuum Boosters, Vacuum Blowers) has been expanded to include magnetic couplings. Thanks to these hermetically sealed pumps we very low leak rates. We have developed special pumps that meet the highest explosion protection requirements for processes that take place in explosive environments or for evacuating explosive gases.
The portfolio includes both standard pumping stations from the CombiLine series as well as customer-specific system solutions in combination with various backing pumps, such as rotary vane, screw or rotary piston pumps.
