KF-40 to KF-25 (KF 40 to KF 25) Conical Reducer, Vacuum Fitting, ISO-KF Flange Size NW-40 to NW-25
Quick flange fitting sizes are KF10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, KF-50 with corresponding flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40, NW-50.
The Conical KF-40 to KF-25 reducers or reducing adaptors are used in KF, also referred to as NW, assemblies. The Conical KF-40 to KF-25 reducers have NW-40 to NW-25 flange size and are made of stainless steel. These Conical reducing adaptors are used together with a centering rings or o-rings and quick clamps. The clamps are assembled with wing nuts to insure ease of use over time without tools. A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the o-ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring generating vacuum seal.

Every pump and instrument is extensively tested for 48 hours. During our final tests, we monitor total pressure, temperature, vibration and noise level utilizing newest testing technologies and techniques specified by OEM.
