The Agilent Technologies / Varian SH 110 is a hermetic, dry scroll vacuum pump. This pump is designed for pumping air or inert gases and is not intended to pump corrosive, explosive, or particulate-forming gases. The SH 110 provides industry-leading features designed for easy integration into original-equipment manufacturer (OEM) systems. The SH 110 pump conforms with CE, CSA, and Semi S2-0200 requirements.

Every pump and instrument is extensively tested for 48 hours. During our final tests, we monitor total pressure, temperature, vibration and noise level utilizing newest testing technologies and techniques specified by OEM.
